We're seeking a Manager, Customer Success for a growth-stage company that's redefining security through multi-sensor fusion technology. Their mission is to transform security operations, enabling businesses to prevent threats proactively rather than reactively, redefining how organizations and their employees feel safe. In this role, you’ll take the lead in building the customer onboarding function from the ground up, managing all aspects of the customer relationship post-sale to ensure seamless implementation and success.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationships post-sale.
- Support customers during the onboarding process, driving adoption from contract signature to full integration – typically 1-3 months.
- Consistently onboard 10+ customers per quarter, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Facilitate mutual understanding of status, expectations, and timelines for implementation and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and establish new processes from day one through launch.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, IT, infosec, security operators, and security officers/guards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels within customer organizations.
- Manage communication, facilitate implementation, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Partner closely with the Implementation team to guide customers through successful software deployment.
- Collect and share product feedback and feature requests with the Product Team to enhance the solution.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and provide regular updates to clients.
- Share detailed reports and updates with clients, ensuring seamless communication on project timelines and actions.
Skills / Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or Customer Solutions Engineer role
- Previous work experience at high-growth B2B / SaaS startup.
- Proven track record of managing complex onboarding and implementation processes for enterprise level customers.
- Exceptional client-facing skills paired with strong project management expertise.
- Prior software development or systems operations experience.
- Knowledge of physical security technologies such as Honeywell, Axis, & Genetec.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with 10+ clients simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of best practices, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work in a hybrid environment: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
